| we've been coming here for a long time ever since we moved to this side of the city. we have always had good service here, but it seems like the past year ish to the last few months, service has been going down lower. when i look at the website and i go in there knowing what i want, they say that they don't have that one. really annoying but manageable.. i did have this one worker though who told me to my face "the one you want could be in the back, but i'm just too lazy to go un pack and check." excuse me, LAZY??? that's your job. if you don't want to go look and help the customers, then why work there? that was just uncalled for and unprofessional. also the prices are kind of sky rocketing and most of the "cheaper" stuff is for elite only. really annoying because i can't afford to pay for elite every month for the products that i want. it seems like the new workers don't know much, which means they need more training. and i don't need to be standing there while they're trying to figure out how to open the sliding glass door lol. the fact that we've been coming here for almost 3 years and the service is going down lower, is just kind of sad. i used to love the staff here but now they don't even know what they're talking about half the time. i'll keep coming cause it's close and convenient, but i think this location especially needs to step their game up. just a bit. | ||
