| As a regular customer of this store we were very disappointed with the treatment we received and the attitude of its representative when advising him that two of the WeedMe pods we recently purchased could not be activated. Their rep basically stated our problem wasn't his problem and that there was nothing he could do or would do about it. When I asked if he could not return the unused pods to WeedMe for a credit, he flatly said no. Not the type of service I would have expected from a store if it was looking to keep us as a regular customer which in our case, they won't! My advise those shopping here is "buyer beware - once you buy something it's yours - problem or not" PS Advised Pug head office of my issue and have not even received an acknowledgement of this. Guess we can understand why the rep at their store handled our problem in the fashion which they did. | ||
