| Amazing customer service! I went in looking for pre rolled cones, but they were completely sold out. A staff member named Chris went completely above and beyond he actually grabbed pre rolled cones from his own personal belongings to make sure I was taken care of. That is next level kindness. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! | ||

| had a negative experience at this location my first time visiting ontario from alberta. when we first walked in, my girlfriend and i waited patiently to get our IDs checked at the door, however when the staff member didn't come to greet us, numerous other customers started walking past us straight to the counter and formed a line, so we followed thinking that maybe they checked IDs at the counter rather than the door. the staff member (short blue hair female staff member) yelled at us: "CANT YOU GUYS READ THE SIGN, I TOLD YOU TO WAIT AT THE DOOR" and everyone in line started laughing with her and making remarks. if she did say something we did not hear her at all, especially since the counter is far enough from the door to not hear somebody at the counter. | ||
