| Pretty disappointing experience. I stopped by today with a perfectly valid, government-issued ID, and they still refused to accept it. I get that stores need to follow regulations, but the staff didn't even try to explain what the issue was—they just dismissed me and acted like I was wasting their time. If a business is going to be strict about IDs, that's fine, but at least train your employees to communicate clearly and treat customers with a little respect. Instead, I walked out frustrated and empty-handed. Plenty of other dispensaries manage to check IDs and be professional. I'll be going to one of those instead | ||
