Very disappointed with my experience at this location today - usually employees are great, willing to help and provide their recommendations. The employee helping me (middle aged man, beard and glasses possibly..?) was rude from the beginning, seemed unwilling to answer any questions or to even explain products when asking for recommendations, and made the entire interaction feel rushed and uncomfortable. The other girl working could tell that we weren't getting very far with the original employee and happened to give us some useful information about the products we were looking at.
When I got to checkout, he asked for my phone number, then bluntly said I didn't have an account and just sat there silently. A simple "Would you like to sign up?" would've been basic customer service. The whole experience felt awkward and unwelcoming.
