| Purchased 5-10 cart, left the store, and walked back in 15 seconds later after realizing my cart was incompatible for my specific battery (honest mistake because I bought a box hot 1.2 cart for the first time) and they flat out refused a cart exchange solely based on the fact that I exited the store... meanwhile the seller did not disclose this stipulation, and there was NO signage stating this was their policy. I have NEVER experienced this at ANY Fire and Flower or Canna Cabana as they honor their clients so long as they have proof of purchase and havent emptied the cart beyond 50%.... I have returned and or exchanged both opened, and un opnened 5-10 cart packages at the above mentioned stores with kindness and respect without being told straight up no, and then being told to buy a battery from them as that's the best they can do. They tried to blame the government for their apparent store policy but this doesn't hold up, because I have made incorrect purchases before at F&F and Canna Cabanna, have exited their buildings and returned later that day, and they have provided quality service without ANY issues so at this point I'm really not sure who is lying to me. Will not be returning to FarmerJane again. | ||
