| I used to come to this store regularly, but one thing really turned me off: the tip prompt at checkout. This is the only cannabis store I've been to that asks for a tip when you're simply buying a product. Honestly, it feels awkward and unnecessary. What exactly am I tipping for? You're not serving me food, providing table service, or offering any special service beyond a normal retail transaction. You're just selling a product. I'm happy to pay for what I buy, but constantly being prompted for a tip in this type of business feels cheap and out of place. It's one of the main reasons I no longer shop here." | ||
