| Placed order online got wrong products.. called walked back to get correct ordered and again wrong order and had to get it fixed .. then ordered again from website yesterday walked down and order was screwed up again.. 3 times I've dealt with this one employee and all times my order has been wrong.. tried calling yesterday to put in a complaint and asked how do I get products that aren't even listed on the website on my online order and they couldn't answer me. When I asked what the price difference was to see if I got ripped off they wouldn't tell me either and told me to check the website (again did and kind I got was not listed on the page).. will be calling management this morning and either getting this employeee held accountable or getting answers to my questions that that employees don't want to seem to answer. I think highlife will be getting my business from now on. | ||
