| Horrible customer service, this older man looks like he shouldn't even be able to work grunting the whole time, I ask my specific order a 510 CARTRIDGE and he gives me my order and i open it outside turns out he gave me a disposable, i walk in showing him and explaining the situation and his reply is we can't return items we opened even if he is in the wrong?? Also saying it's a disposable and that is what I said when two other customers that were present said I did say 510 cartridge. Please have workers that can actually function well and hear their customers (and not pushing 90 years old.) Archie please retire it's time. | ||
