Not much for stock. Didn't have what I'm after. Tried to sell me on things I don't want. Edit : it might be standard, but you are right.... definately not from lack of trying. Once I told you I know what works for me, you still kept trying, even tried to dissuade me from my back up of what I was looking for. Don't try the sell so hard, some people are fine gong to another store that has what they're after. Also can attest to the other reviews saying they don't pick up the phone. This whole review could have been avoided if the phone was answered

Staff hand you different produce than asked for. Then when you notice their dick up, you've broken the tax stamp and cant return everything. You shouldn't have to, but double check your purchase before paying and leaving. Double check to make sure somebody who is getting paid did their job properly. December 21st 2024 Crowfoot location Between 5 and 7 I arrived there. Look at your surveillance footage, you'll see me come in twice, the second time is returning half of what's wrong. But you won't do anything about it.

Line up was crazy and only one of the two budtenders had any pep in their step to get through customers. Then once at the front of the 20 minute line, no stock that's common at other locations. Left with nothing but disappointment

Very meh compared to other locations. Staff are friendlier elsewhere Edit, they're great at the welcome, it's after all that and when you call up on the phone. Also give the guys the tools to succeed, if i'm looking for 8 of something "5 plus in the system" doesn't help. Now that could just be the staff, but if they can't tell me if the quantity of what i'm after then that's another reason to go somewhere else.

Ask if you have something specific in stock, "yup... but no" Great knowledge.... i'll just go down town Edit: Sent an email to the address specified in the reply..... although you chose to address my original review a month after the incident, so most likely nothing will happen as a result. And more than likely you're just asking for more info for optics. So you can say you care and did something. (But if that was the case, you wouldn't have waited over a month to do so)

Didn't have most of what I came looking for. and on the reviews here, you announce other people's orders and purchases, super sketchy. Only went here cause other cana cabana locations have what i'm after and are friendly. Now I know you announce people's orders online.... i'll probably go elsewhere.

Never anything good in stock. Of the 5 times ive walked in to give the store a chance, i've walked out and gone to another store in town every time. Just check out pops, king of queens or true north instead.
