| Have to say, service has severely changed the last few months. I'm most disappointed in being lied to to be upsold. I was told I was getting 5g and recieved 5 .5g joints. That's not what I was looking for and I don't appreciate being lied to. Used to be a loyal customer, now I don't think I will be back. All the staff has changed, idk what's going on. | ||

| The staff are lovely. They are quick, very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a pretty good loyalty program to boot. Price wise, they're fairly average. However compared to say miss Jones which claims to have the cheapest prices, highlife is cheaper, larger space to maneuver in, and has friendlier customer service. | ||
