| I didn't visit this store myself, but someone I care about did — and the experience she had was upsetting enough that I felt compelled to say something. She came in as a paying customer, excited and minding her own business. She left feeling upset, thanks to one staff member (the mean lady at the counter) who apparently decided that basic courtesy was optional. I'm not sure what was going on in that lady's world, but taking it out on customers isn't really something she should be doing. Its understandable to have a bad day yourself but its not acceptable to make someone else's day bad. Maybe next time, just sit at home and smoke what you're selling...it will be better for everyone | ||
