| Owner fired my sister and I after years of working there because we couldn't cover a shift that we weren't even scheduled for!! When I told him that we can't stay after 4pm when our shift ended because we had obligations he said we must stay and hung up…. When I called him back asking if he could find someone else to cover or come himself he said "if you make me come down there then both of you are fired" so I invited him to come and he did fire us. He was acting like he owns us, it's his business so if the employee for the next shift can't come it's up to him to fill the shift… this is after 4 years of working for the company. The owner does not pay minimum wage he does cash under the table and when you ask to be put back on payroll he says he can't do it. He dosent pay time and a half or public holidays either! Please do not shop here there are many better dispensaries in the area. | ||
