| I've been a regular here for quite some time and I always know what I want and keep things simple, which is why this has been especially disappointing. On my last few visits, I've been met with a very cold and unwelcoming interaction. There's been no smile, no hello, not even basic acknowledgment, just a straight face while I'm picking up my order. Meanwhile, other customers right after me were greeted warmly and treated completely differently. The contrast was very noticeable and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. If being a regular or a younger female customer means receiving less basic courtesy, that is a serious issue.. I won't be coming back. | ||

| Tuesday night - Feb. 20th I have been a customer of Burb for quite some time but my recent visit has left me very very disappointed and frustrated. Tonight around 9:50 PM I placed an online order but never received any confirmation. Assuming it was just a minor glitch I decided to pick up my order at 10:30 PM, only to be met with the worst customer service I've ever encountered.The staff member working, a curly haired boy, barely acknowledged my presence and there was no other customer in the store. I explained that I was there to pick up my order and mentioned the lack of confirmation. His response?Absolute silence. No apology, no explanation, nothing. When I pressed further, all I got was a dismissive "Just give me a minute." His attitude was shockingly rude and when I expressed my concern, he had the audacity to ask if I was in a rush, completely ignoring the fact that he hadn't even addressed my issue. I work in customer service myself, and I know this is not how you treat customers. This experience was unacceptable and it's disappointing to see such a decline in service quality at a place that used to be my go to-- I definitely won't be shopping at this location again. | ||
