| We happily drive all the way from Milton to the Tokyo Smoke location in Georgetown because it's hands down our favourite store. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable & professional. They genuinely take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you're getting the products that are the best fit for your individual needs. A special thank you to Bonnie, the manager, who is absolutely outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her customers. As someone currently going through radiation treatments, I truly appreciated how understanding and informed she was. She took the time to explain the different products and thoughtfully recommended options that would best suit my situation. Her compassion, professionalism, and expertise made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. The selection is fantastic, with a huge variety of products, and the store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized. Every visit is efficient, yet you never feel like you're just another customer. If you're looking for exceptional customer service and a team that truly knows their products and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Tokyo Smoke Georgetown.
