| The owner Sam is extremely kind and reasonable. I had an initially very poor experience with one of the on-duty managers at this location. Sam helped me complete the return for a faulty product after the current manager on duty told me he couldn't process it, due to evolving reasons. I actually left the store smiling the second time! Thank you so much! | ||
