| Unfortunately this location has upped its lowest prices bringing them over the regular price of nearby competition when they used to be cheaper. I used to travel 40mins by bike each way every couple days just to save those few dollars per trip. Now I go elsewhere to do the same because that trip will save me less than 50 cents, and only when the 20% discount is on. I've never had an issue with product or staff here otherwise. | ||

| Changed from 3 to 1 star for a horrific experience at this place. Purchased a Bargain Brand 1g 510 vape cart. Open it outside and the mouthpiece has a piece of broken glass in it. Bring it back, and the cashier who I will assume has never worked a day at the tills in her life, and who also may be underage for working in a store like that, tells me she needs to call the manager for what I thought would just be an exchange. At first glance, this girl didn't even know what she was looking at when inspecting the cart. The broken glass is right in the mouthpiece and she's turning it upside down not knowing what she should be looking at. The manager then asks her to send a picture. They debate on the phone as to what the issue is because she can't properly explain what's going on because she obviously doesn't even know what a 510 cartridge is or how they work. Eventually they opt to do an exchange for the same product. I open the package right in front of her and the mouthpiece again has broken glass in it. Pictures included. It's as if the mouthpiece was made from a mold and either the glass spilled and hardened into the mouthpiece for the batch, or they're like that during manufacturing and the glass in the middle is supposed to be removed. In either case, it's there again, and the cashier again gets on the phone with the manager. After a while on the phone and a lineup of people forming that *I* am now apologizing to because I don't know why she's even calling the .. | ||
