| I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. You're better off going elsewhere—at least to a store that properly displays and stands behind the products they sell. What disappointed me most wasn't even the product itself, but how my feedback was handled. Instead of responding professionally to a customer complaint, they became defensive, insisted they were right, and even accused me of being misogynistic rather than addressing the concerns I raised. I wasn't asking for a refund—I simply wanted to let them know that the brand Jonny Chronic did not live up to the recommendation they gave me. I purchased the strain the employee recommended because she said her friend, who was standing at the counter (and actually agreed with my assessment), had shared some with her and she thought it was good. Unfortunately, the flower was brownish in color and had a wet grass, musty smell—both common signs of poor drying, curing, bud degradation, or possible storage issues. Despite explaining these concerns, they insisted the product was perfectly fine. That response makes me question the reliability of their recommendations and their product knowledge. If this is the quality they consider acceptable after claiming decades of cannabis experience, I have very little confidence in their judgment. | ||
