| I visited your store for the first time looking for a CBD vape to help manage nausea due to my medical conditions. I wasn't familiar with what I needed, but the staff present seemed kind and helpful at the time, even though they didn't carry the product I was looking for. Today, I found a comment on an online forum that appears to describe me and my visit in a degrading and mocking way, specifically targeting my medical condition and equipment. This forum has been used to harass and bully me, and it is deeply concerning that this may have come from someone working at your store. Update: Now the "owner" is claiming to have done a thorough investigation and claims it was not their store. Funny this was the ONLY store I was in yesterday, so want to tell me again it was NOT your store? Investigate further! So unprofessional! I have screenshots, time and date stamped, I will escalate this if need be. | ||
