Bought an Under the Sun Kazoo vape pen from Purple Moose in Oshawa, Ontario. It did not work. It would not charge. I emailed Under the Sun multiple times using the info on the back of the package and recieved no response. I called the number on the back of the package and was told I would receive a call back from their sales rep to rectify the issue, or my emails would be responded to. Neither happened. I called back again and was told once again I'd receive a call back later that day. Again, it didn't happen. Awful customer service from a garbage company that I will make sure to never touch another one of their products again. I have also told everyone I know who uses cannabis to avoid this farce of a company. Would give zero stars if I could.
