So you reply to my complaint. Tell me to reply back. You ask me literally to repeat the same information thats literally in my complaint ( I explained what happened) why ask me what happened and pretend you have customer care and service? Stop using your own products at work because something dont make sense. Why pretend to help and just pretend to fix problems to only look like you are helping people. You have done nothing for 3 weeks. You allow me to stay angry and also I lost money but who cares right
