| I was a loyal weekly customer at True North for years but unfortunately this store has gone seriously downhill. My final straw was being sold a moldy ounce, which is completely unacceptable. What kept me coming back before was the staff especially Ben, who was always friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about products and strains. He genuinely cared about helping customers find what worked for them and he is definitely missed. Since several employees left the atmosphere has completely changed. The manager was covering shifts my last few visits and the experience was disappointing. She wasn't pleasant, and when I asked about a few different strains she had no knowledge about them. For a cannabis store product knowledge should be a basic expectation. The welcoming vibe, knowledgeable staff and quality service that once made this place stand out are gone. I haven't been back since, and sadly I can't recommend it anymore. | ||
