| I shop here once a week. Normally, I have nothing but a great experience. Super helpful staff, excellent product..never an issue. Today, I selected the items required. Gave the staff member my information. Showed my Military ID ( for my discount). Clerk told me my total. I asked what about my discount. They replied guess it doesn't show up. I asked again ..."can I have my discount? Guess not he says. I know it's a couple dollars difference..not a big deal but, it was his attitude. Could have cared less...didn't offer to try it again, didn't offer to do it manually...just shrugged their shoulders and headed for the back room. Normally, I never complain but the lack of caring, rubbed ne the wrong way. | ||
