| I have been a loyal customer for more than 2 years I purchased a vape pen and tried to return because it did not work I was told by the CSR she needed to call manager which she did than I was told by management that there was nothing they could do and I would have to take it up with the owner I will be also contact VISA to let them know that the warranty at this shady establishment is not available DO PURCHASE PRODUCTS if the retailer can not stand be behind they I promise if it costs me 1000s I will sue them in small claims court to get back my money to teach them a lesson smarten up | ||
