| Store is awesome. Always have great service. But we bought a bong from here. Was back in an hour cause we noticed a crack in the neck of the bong. And the "manager" tried to say we broke it on purpose and pretty much blamed us. Which is awful customer service. We weren't asking for a refund which we should have after the way she acted we just wanted an exchange. And before we left she had to check is which is all fine and dandy but she just had to include " I don't need you coming back saying that this one's broken too" once again blaming us. Which like we just bought it. Why even say it ? Do the exchange and move on. It's a simple easy fix. No need to treat a customer who just spent over $200 in store like that. | ||
