| The gentleman working today at this time was so super sweet. He was making sure to get everyone exactly what they needed regardless of how busy it was in there, me and my mum waited until it quieted down no problem. I didn't catch his name but now he's my favourite budtender! | ||

| Went in at approx. 6:30 today. The girl working (wearing glasses and a beanie) was shouting at a customer that was there before me, borderline yelling. Said customer asked if they had any cartridges that tasted more fruity and less skunky, she then said "give me a freaking minute I'll figure it out". I attempted to help the customer and simply asked if they have any box hot options since in my experience they taste quite fruity, and she had a nasty attitude. She was angry and said "no hot what? Disposables? Cartridges like what!?" She was sneering at us the entire time and the customer was still there after I sat in my vehicle for about ten minutes. I left without buying anything due to her attitude, and went to a dispensary that won't scream at their customers. I've never seen a cannista treat a customer like this before. | ||
