| I live in Niagara Falls Ontario, probably a 15 minute drive from this Dispensary. I ordered a product from this company for delivery, their website at the time of writing this says delivery within an hour for a $5 fee. I paid online and sent my order around 9:45am. Normally you would get some sort of email or text confirmation but I received nothing. I found this odd but decided to wait before calling (didn't want to be a bother) At 11am I still had not received any updates so I called the store and asked what was going on the employee told me they would not be able to get the product to me until 3pm I said I was fine with this. It is now 4:00pm I just called them back the employee said they would call the owner (while i was still on the phone) the owner told the employee they were busy and that they would call them back later. The employee apologized to me and said he'd call me back when he knew what was happening with my order. Reminder I have already paid for it and their website said 1 hour delivery, in the 6 hours I have been waiting I have had to call them twice, no one has given me an update, no email, no text, nothing. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a Cannabis Store, as I am writing this I still have no idea if I will even be getting my product or if they are going to call me and tell me they need to refund me. I will update and possibly change my review depending on how this is resolved but so far im really bummed out about my .. | ||
