| The old man that works there is so rude and ignorant. Never had a positive experience with him! You could be so nice to him and he's still just horrible to deal with. Perhaps some customer service training would be beneficial seeing as how polite paying customers don't deserve to be treated badly! | ||

| I previously reviewed this store with 5 stars but I have to update. Today I was parked right out front while my friend ran in to the store. I was in the parking spot for maybe 2 minutes waiting when a delivery driver for the store came up and smashed on my window so hard it sounded like it was going to break and very rudely told me to get out the spot. I informed the staff members what there delivery driver just did to my car to which to which the skinny girl with medium length brown hair replied "Well the drivers aren't even with our company theres nothing we can do about it" In the most disgusting tone. For record here is what you can do - Report the driver to her company as well as simply tell her that it is not okay she's outside the weed store smashing on paying customers cars for being parked in a legal spot. I spend a lot of money here and for the staff to respond to the incident with more rude behavior was awful. Perhaps some customer service training for your staff is necessary. | ||
