| Ever since this place sold to value buds it has gone downhill. The staff used to be so friendly and genuinely cared about their clientele (shoutout Tanis!) but now the staff are apathetic and downright rude. This is always what happens when a smaller company gets sold to a massive corporation like Alcana The good staff get treated like crap so they leave and management hires new (much worse) staff. I've shopped here almost since it opened and I will say after my experience yesterday I will never spend my money at a cost cannabis location, or value buds for that matter, again. CO-OP cannabis is closer to me and their staff are nicer now. I used to only go to COST because of how awesome the staff used to be. To both the staff and management: do better. | ||

| Staff are not friendly and product selection is poor. Cost cannabis and the co-op are less than 5 minutes away and the service is way better. Don't give Alcanna your money | ||

| Staff seem to be more interested in store drama than showing any respect to your customers. Being fed up with your job is one thing but being downright rude is another. I miss the two older guys that used to work there | ||
