| I've been shopping here for quite a while, and honestly, the biggest reason I keep coming back is because of the staff. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the manager. Every time I've interacted with him, he comes across as dismissive, irritated, and like he doesn't want to be there. Asking a question or needing help often feels like you're bothering him. I've also witnessed him speaking harshly and raising his voice toward customers, which is uncomfortable to watch and not what I would expect from someone in a management position. It's disappointing because the rest of the team works hard and provides great customer service. If it weren't for them, I honestly would have stopped shopping here by now. One person's attitude can really change the atmosphere of a store, and in this case, it makes what should be a simple shopping trip feel unnecessarily unpleasant. | ||
