| My mom recently visited this store and came home upset about how she was treated by one of the employees. According to her, the employee was unnecessarily rude and confrontational during their interaction. She said the situation became so uncomfortable that another staff member had to step in and tell him to calm down because he was taking things too far. I wasn't there personally, so I can only speak based on what my mom told me, but no customer should leave feeling disrespected. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff to treat customers professionally and respectfully. | ||
