| It's quite good at this spot. There are sooooo many dispensaries in Brampton, it's the staff that sets places apart. Every shop can have a bright clean space, great selection, short wait times…(all of which this OnePlant has). But Hector & Ja at OnePlant provide the personality, knowledge, professionalism, etc. you would expect of a great budtender. Which makes the experience infinitely better :) It's "worth the drive" to Trinity Commons (shout out to Acton Hide House blahahaha). Also: this guy Armitash: complete bull. I was behind him in line and I recall the entire experience and it was a JOKE how obvious it was that these two cats were together and the underage kid had no ID. It was so sad to watch: he kept hanging in there, explaining why he should be sold to, while "stranger" stood right beside him the entire time and was explaining how "I don't know this guy". I wish I could say it was funny. It was sad. HECTOR HANDLED THE WHOLE SITUATION VERY PROFESSIONALLY (almost like he's had to do it before). comment from "the guy" that put up a stink: Amitesh Singh New This guy with a rings on his whole face denied me entry coz he thought I was with some another person who didn't have an ID and restricted me to purchase anything. I think him and another person who were telling us to leave they were both high. I expect better service with ONE PLANT being such a big brand in the cannabis industry. I hope some action will be taken after reading this review to .. | ||

JAN 2025 UPDATE: THIS IS STILL THE "GO TO" SPOT IN GTOWN Space super bright and clean, budtenders next level knowledge and very approachable, prices always the best - no "become a member to receive discount" bull-ish. Just good prices, period. Facts. __________________________________ All below still applies (spoiler: this place is aweseomesauce). In addition; very low turnover of staff since opening; new hires just as good as the OG four; in terms of relating to other dispensaries, it's even the best of the now 3 other Spiritleaf locations I have frequented. _____________________________________________ I've been to several dispensaries in town and beyond, and found: This is the spot! Billy has LITERALLY gone out of his way today to make my experience here the best. Zach (could be a "k", not sure) was a most gracious host. Y'all keep me coming back for that customer experience, first; knowledge and advice, super follow-ups. These budtenders (and GTown location in general) are knowledgeable, genuine, and care about the people walking thru the door. Enjoy mates! | ||

| This spot has a decent selection of flower (and also everything else you would want, edibles, drinks, etc.), and good deals on occasion. They're also open at least one hour later than others. It's a more challenging store to navigate compared to other spots I've experienced, but Bonnie and Simon (did I get that right?!) are extremely helpful budtenders that have always delivered me exactly what I was looking for. | ||

| Not going back. RUDE STAFF (seems to be a theme in these comments) I was (very) rudely accused by the female budtender. I asked if they had any pre-rolls from a particular brand and was rudely rebuffed (look it up) with "I told you two days ago we don't have that" ….. I haven't been to this spot for a looooong minute. Very unwelcoming. There are soooooo many other local dispensaries these days, you can avoid this one and get treated with human decency. | ||
