For a large corporate store - it's not my mist hated and has fair prices. Them pushing the brands they own though is a turn off.

You changed the T&C on this sale three times while it was going on. Your website said 420 sale on Saturday and Sunday on the banner Friday night. You changed the banner overnight for it to say 4/20-4/21. I planned to come on Saturday but you changed it. Funny you still call it Early Bird Sale as if a sale on 420 for 420 is somehow early. Thanks for wasting my time, I wont trust the site again. eta: your sale is 25% off not 35% because you raised the prices higher than competitors before applying a discount to begin with. Nice trick on your customers! OH AND YOU OPENED BEFORE 9AM WITH A LINE OUT THE STORE. Reported to the AGCO.

Owner said he would buy back terrible product, sent me to another employee who said they can only give me more of the terrible product I complained about. Never buy anything by this producer unless you want to throw out your money.

eta AGAIN: fix the disability button for the door!!!!! what the hell is wrong with you guys!?!??! eta: let in by a manager who immediately turned his back to me and had me wait for the budtender who was already busy. When he realized, finally he asked if I needed anything. you guys are just the worst. I was about to make a purchase and noticed my choice was under the Elite pricing - without that pricing, it's higher than competitors in the area by over $5.00. I am not paying $35/yr for "benefits" I can get at most other dispensaries for free. That is insulting to create a subscription model that is not even beneficial to the consumer as they can pay 0$, goon hibuddy and find what they want for cheaper. Scam.

finally paid after chasing them down for three days through texts and google reviews. unreal. sent me a paystub and roe with no pay cheque, had to follow up with the manager to be told I'd be paid 12 days after the paystub was made. filing a complaint with the labour board today. send my money asap. eta: lmfao @ the response when I quit after a day of watching how they ran the place & had other staff talk about the issues to me. you're right, I'm not a good fit - that's why I quit 😂 do not work here if you respect yourself, no one is educated on employee rights and it is abused. staff are smoking in the parking lot and eating lunch on company time. store will be closed at random intervals for staff to take a break and they will try to hide reviews on indeed about this.

It is not on the customer to provide the lowest price - you are located next to Relm and Village Cannabis Co - your prices are not competing with the Village and you completely failed to recognize the market is mostly in pre rolls and 1 grams in the low income area of downtown. If you wanted to be fancy, you should've moved to Hess Village. Your website is also confusing, clunky and slow. You have basically the same product as the others, including DaCanna who has worked hard to become a staple in the community to begin offering more crafted cultivars. Response to response: Jet Fuel Gelato is currently 18.99 at Village, less than a two minute walk down the street. Its $22 flat at DaCanna. You've opted not to use Dutchie but have strange ways of sorting search results in your online store. I get what you're trying to do but you picked a bad location. Best of luck.
