| Asked a staff member for a quartz banger, something that should be a quick in-and-out transaction. Neither her or her manager understood my attempts to explain it "bowl for dab rig" or "little glass buckets" until they googled a picture of one, eventually locating and selling me a very mid-quality product. Later she said, "oh, this is for like, the shatter, right?" Kinda ridiculous. I find it hard to trust a store where the staff have no training or experience with something so simple Other CCC stores are 5-star | ||
