| 510 battery stopped working so I bought another one which also stopped working. I tried to exchange the 2 broken ones and was told no by Jen who was quite rude. I explained I didnt want any money back, i didnt even want a refund on both. I explained they can have BOTH the broken ones in place of one new one. I left the store sat in the parlong lot and called to speak with the manager on duty David letting him know the website clearly states that the return is acceptable again I am told no and not only that but David hung up the phone on me. I then called another location 20 mins away and they said they would gladly replace the battery with a new one and gave me a card to call customer service to report it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE its a battery..... If youre selling defective products either take them off the shelf or provide refund/exchange for broken ones. If I wanted a disposable battery Id have bought one. JEN AND DAVID @ BAYERS LAKE LOCATION - DO BETTER. | ||
