| I've visited this dispensary before and have always had very positive experiences. The service is consistently attentive and professional, and this time was no exception. I was well received, and the staff member who assisted me was genuinely kind throughout. However, I had an uncomfortable situation at the time of payment. The tipping options on the machine were not very clear, and I ended up selecting 10% without realizing it was calculated on the total amount, resulting in a tip of nearly $20. I only noticed after the transaction had already been completed. I want to emphasize that I respect and appreciate the tipping culture in North America, and I do believe good service deserves recognition. That said, I also believe there should be a sense of balance, clarity, and transparency in how tipping is presented. For a relatively quick interaction, such as in a dispensary, this amount felt disproportionate to the service provided. I even returned to the store to discuss the situation in person. The staff member was very polite, willing to help, and even considered the possibility of a refund, but unfortunately nothing could be done at that point. My intention was never to create discomfort, but rather to seek a fair resolution. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback. The store itself is great and the service is genuinely good, but a clearer and more balanced approach to tipping would feel more honest and would help customers feel more comfortable and confident .. | ||
