It was our first time at this place on a Tuesday around noon, and there were bars on the windows and a sign that says "ring the doorbell for service," so we did just that. We were waiting for service, when there was a female employee (blonde, curly hair) very aggressively waving to us in an exasperated manner. We came in briefly and it was very nice on the inside, but due to that employee making us feel very uncomfortable we left. It was a terrible experience and we won't be back.
Edit- Response to Owner's Reply: As mentioned previously, the employee was very exasperated and I'm not sure if your camera was able to pick that up. Anyone reading this review knows it takes *less* than 22 seconds to realize you're not welcomed in a place. While I understand she was speaking with a customer at the time we arrived, it takes less than 5 seconds to acknowledge and greet us, especially after the confusion with the sign and the locked door. We specifically went out of our way to come to your business, only to be treated that way. We did exactly as your sign said, yet were met with annoyance.
Nevertheless, we were happy to take our business elsewhere where they greeted us promptly while serving other customers, had clear signage, and provided a great customer service experience. I'm sorry you felt the need to be defensive instead of seeking to understand and using it as an opportunity to improve your business.
