| Abu, my main man. I honestly didn't expect to get such thoughtful, genuine, basically medicinal-level advice. Abu really took the time to listen, didn't rush me and actually took my needs seriously, which means everything when you're dealing with greenery. It felt more like a proper health and lifestyle matching conversation, rather than a transaction. I was in the middle of a long-haul trip and desperately needed help with sleep, and his recommendations were spot on. I walked out feeling informed, comfortable, and confident, not overwhelmed or upsold. On top of that, Abu is just a genuine, legendary human. Kind, approachable, calm and full of good, authentic energy. The kind of customer service that sticks with you. I honestly left wishing he was a long-lost brother or uncle.
