| I had a very distressing experience at this location on February 6. During my visit, I was subjected to and witnessed what I deem to be extremely inappropriate and threatening language from a staff member. The interaction left me feeling unsafe and shaken. What concerns me most is that I reported the incident to management and Human Resources but have not received any meaningful follow-up or reassurance that the matter is being addressed. As a result, I do not feel comfortable returning to the store. Customers should feel safe and respected when visiting any business. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures a safe, professional environment for both customers and staff. | ||
