| Very disappointed... i like to come to this store because it is queer positive and makes me feel very comfortable. BUT Today when I got to the store, there was a sign up saying that the store was closed be back in five minutes, i have a broken toe so I stood there and waited. After less than five minutes, the employee left the store, was on the phone, did not acknowledge me or another customer that were standing outside waiting & proceeded to continue with their telephone conversation and went into the liquor store next door. I'm not upset by the fact that the store was closed, i'm not upset about the fact that the employee went to the liquor store because I don't know the situation. What disappoints me, and why i will never come back to this store is because the employee did not acknowledge me any other customer when they left the store. They could have easily turned to us and said, we have something going on.Give me five minutes. But they didn't look at us or acknowledge us as human beings. This occurrence happened at approx 2pm on Sun Apr 19 2026. | ||

| Chris and Courtney are amazing! Not only do I feel seen when I come into the store but they remember me, they are so kind and FUNNY!!! And the puppies! I love seeing the pups and they give so much love! Great prices! Great product! Amazing staff! Thanks guys for always being amazing!!!! | ||
