I've been coming to this dispensary for about 2 years because it's close to my home, but unfortunately I no longer feel comfortable shopping here.
One employee, Hailey, repeatedly addressed me with pet names such as "baby girl" and "sweetie." I politely expressed that this made me uncomfortable and directly asked to simply be addressed professionally (even "ma'am" would have been fine). Despite communicating this boundary clearly, the behavior continued afterward.
At that point, it stopped feeling accidental and started feeling disrespectful. Customers should not have to repeatedly explain personal boundaries in a professional environment, especially after already communicating discomfort respectfully.
This situation genuinely changed how comfortable I feel entering the store, which is disappointing considering I've been a regular customer for years. I hope management takes professionalism and customer comfort more seriously moving forward.
