| Spent half an hour with my partner here today, and we weren't even able to buy anything! We spent our time waiting for the one staff member to finish with a customer who was kicking his tires. At no point did the employee even acknowledge we were in the shop - no "hello," no "I'll be with you shortly." Nothing. We continued to wait patiently, until the other customer went to check out. When something wouldn't scan, suddenly another employee popped out of the back. Still, we may as well have been invisible. We shop here with some frequency, as it's convenient after brunch. We also know what we're after, and are typically in and out within 5 minutes. Generally, service has been pretty good. Today, we're taking out money elsewhere. In future, this shop would not be my choice. | ||
