| All of the employees here are all amazing and are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products, however the owner lacks any knowledge in running a dispensary. He never orders enough stock for more than a day or two, they are constantly running out of flower and prerolls. No other dispensary has the stock issues like this store. Again, Lousy owner, amazing employees. Two months later and inventory issues remain the same, so my part about a lousy owner still stands :) | ||

| Always more expensive than the other place in town and they always have the doors locked as the person working is on "break" several times throughout the day. Reply: I understand your employees need to break but breaking doesn't mean they have to leave the store; that is unprofessional to leave a retail store closed for how ever long so you can get a coffee. If your employees have to leave you (the owner) should be providing coverage to them. People don't want to wait around for an employee to return, I have been there several times when it's closed and other people come and are disappointed as well, it doesn't look good on your behalf. You have posted hours you should be abiding by, if the store has to close daily for a break (when it really shouldn't) then make your hours reflect that. | ||

| Was told a 10 pack of joints I bought were slim darts, twice. They weren't. Obviously the only way to check is to open the pack but was told I can't return them even though he lied and sold me the wrong product. The guy running the place today was all over the place, visibly stressed not being able to handle his basic job. He was incredibly rude and even acknowledged that but didn't care. Don't bother going here if you expect the employee to have any knowledge of the products they sell. | ||
