| From the moment you walk into Spiritleaf Township, you can feel the difference. The welcoming energy, genuine people, and customer service that's becoming rare to find. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Spiritleaf Township in Calgary. The team is always welcoming, calm, educated, and genuinely willing to help however they can. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take the time to make recommendations and answer questions without ever making you feel rushed. One thing I really appreciate is they are always willing to order products or accessories in for customers whenever possible. Being a retail store, I completely understand that inventory and specialty items can come and go, and not everything is always available at every moment, that's just the nature of retail but what stands out for me is their effort, communication, and willingness to help you find what you need. The store truly feels like a safe haven for everyone. The environment is welcoming, respectful, and comfortable, and that feeling starts the moment you walk through the door. I've shopped at many different dispensaries over the years, yet I continue coming back to Spiritleaf Township because the experience consistently stands above the rest. I've had the pleasure of meeting everyone from the staff, to the general manager, and even the owner, all of whom have demonstrated the same strong values, professionalism, and customer-service-centered approach.
