| Very unorganized, staff was friendly but oblivious as to how to handle online orders. Went in three times, first time they almost made me pay a second time because the staff didnt know how or if it was really paid for online (it said paid right on the receipt they printed) and still wasted over 15 minutes of my time waiting for them to call a manager to ask if they can let me go with my order I paid for. Second visit, order wasnt ready three hours later (two carts and a few j') and once again absolutely no idea they had online orders or that you could pay online also? Didnt give me a hard time to leave but the dude did write down my credit card number which I though was absolutely crazy, unprofessional and a breach of privacy and security as he wrote it on a piece of paper he then left on the counter for all to see. He said it was to "verify the number is the same as the order", but you have my card in hand and the receipt on your monitor? Good thing i have a low limit and changed my card the next week as thered probably be some fraudulent purchases by now if not on there. Third time was the last straw when once again, another staff I never had before had once more issues with an online order. This was after trying to stop by the place twice at 830/9PM where hours on website and google state 11pm. They were close both nights. Ill stick to any other dispensary in Cornwall. | ||
