Prices are higher than some of the other ships around, and the quality of the pens most of the time are poor/barely working. The staff is grumpy most of the time I'm there other than the one Jamaican dude working

I go here often, but probably my last time going. The girl with the hand tattoos has 0 manners whatsoever. Doesn't say hello, doesn't talk, no thank you, not helpful and flat out rude. You shouldn't be in customer service if youre rude or don't like talking to people. By far the most rude and disinterested person I've ever came across at any store. Hire better people, it's good for your business
