| sold me old stock (October, not ancient but because there was no humidity pack i could feel how dry it was through the bag). refused to refund me within 10min of purchase lied and said its against the law to refund it (i believed him until i went to delete my Reddit post on the OCS subreddit and loads of people had already commented saying it is ok to do returns on unopened product) i won't be going back | ||

| Called to ask about a price match, person had no clue what the policy was and kept saying she "should" and "may" be able to do it. I was calling before biking over. Ended up somewhere where staff knew the policy. Shame. | ||
