| If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here. The service is honestly terrible and completely inconsistent. I was told I couldn't buy more than one pack of RAW tips, yet on a previous visit I was allowed to buy multiple. The first time I left with nothing, the second time I had to argue just to get what I needed. On top of that, I was told I had to leave items behind. This is a retail store—how are you limiting customers like this and then acting like it's normal? The staff clearly aren't on the same page, and it creates a frustrating and unprofessional experience. There's no consistency, no proper customer service, and no respect for your time. I won't be coming back. | ||
