| Bought a 7G container from Broken coast and noticed upon exiting the store that it was opened. Promptly returned back but unfortunately I was met with a "nothing we can do" .. well, I was offered a (not clean) scale to weigh my product even though I said to the staff I was not concerned about the weight, rather the quality. This was pretty embarrassing to do in the middle of the store, I didn't even know we could open products inside the establishment. It was pretty apparent I wasn't going to be offered a refund since I was asked to reach out to Tilray (I did and they said to reach out to the store) so I put the product in to a proper sealed jar at home. Then I read the reply offering the refund - however when I called they said a refund won't be offered if any the product had been used which it has been because the store didn't and Tilray/broken coast didn't offer any solution. | ||
