My first visit they were nice and helpful. Now that the vape I just bought February 21st, it is March 22nd, had stopped working properly, then two nights ago, as I take this for sleeping, I notice my hands are sticky. Well it's leaking out of the cartridge and is all over the Yocan-Kodo battery? They will not help me out as it is longer than two weeks! They will take no responsibility for the product they sold me. Yes I have spent years working in customer service. I see customer service has changed, as I no longer can receive any help with the products I bought from them, only last month, that is leaking all over and not working; they, the manager as well, basically made it clear he takes no responsibility. I would never buy from them again!
